FROZEN FIRE is committed to offering the best service available, and appreciates in the nature of e-commerce the need to return items will occur - we aim to make this process fast, efficient and trouble-free. To achieve this we request you observe our Returns Policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item/s in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt. Please return the item/s with the original purchase receipt/invoice and a brief note outlining the nature of the problem. Items returned must be of a re-sellable condition and should not have been marked, worn or washed (unless faulty manufacture).

FROZEN FIRE recommends using recorded delivery on returned goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing in transit, and will not refund/exchange until items are delivered to our offices. security

FROZEN FIRE reserves the right to refuse any returned item/s that is damaged or not treated in accordance with our Returns Policy.

FROZEN FIRE will issue a refund (not including delivery costs) if our Returns Policy is adhered to.

Refunds are only made to the credit/debit card on which the purchase was made.

Returned goods will be processed/checked within three working days. we aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within seven working days. Allow ten working days for refunds to appear on credit cards or bank statements.

The FROZEN FIRE Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
